According to the Los Angeles Times, the residence is a mid-century style home built in 1964. The house spans an area of 3368 square feet and comprises of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Interiors of the home have floor to ceiling glass windows, mixed flooring and an open plan that allow flowing indoor-to-outdoor access. Offering beautiful views of the skyline, the home is also done up in casual-comfort style.
Outside, the residence has a custom car charging station. The home is also fitted with solar panels for heating. The place also has an infinity pool and ample recreation and lounging area.

Crystal Method is one of the oldest electronic music playing duo. They started off in 1993 and have some of the greatest dance music and EDM music records to their credit. Their best selling album 'Vegas' was certified Platinum in 2007. The band comprises of Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland. Talking about their journey this far, Jordan said to KVRaudio.com:
"It's interesting because when we started out, before we played our first live show, we'd build these raves or whatever and see when these acts were performing and just say, "Man, where's the performance?" It'd just be a guy standing behind things. In our first performances, we tried to, the best we could with this style of music, kind of show what we were playing. So we would make different live versions of all of the tracks that we would play live and play all of the key parts the best we could. So to at least give some live performance element to it. So we still do that when we play live."
