After being charged with a court order, Alison (Ruth Wilson) and Noah's (Dominic West) relationship continues to go downhill in the new episode of "The Affair" Season 2.
According to the episode 4 recap by The Wall Street Journal Blog, Noah and Helen (Maura Tierney) went deeper in their divorce proceedings and both of them are now fighting for the sole custody of their three younger children. Aside from that, Noah is also trying to get whatever he can from Helen's money.
This led for the judge to give a court order that Alison cannot go near Noah's children. Alison was upset that they cannot live together while Noah is still in a custody battle for his children and until the divorce proceedings are done.
In "The Affair" Season 2 episode 5, Alison will be furious again with Noah when she reads about his new book. According to International Business Times, Alison will find out that Noah's book "Descent" was about their affair. It was reported that the book involves graphic descriptions of his sexual encounters with Alison. It was previously reported that the book was one of the best works of Noah.
Meanwhile, according to the official synopsis for episode 5, Alison will have another problem as Robert (Peter Friedman) and Yvonne (Joanna Gleason) will have an unpleasant behavior toward her now that Noah won't be living with her anymore.
In other news, it was also revealed that the viewers will see more of Cole Lockhart's (Joshua Jackson) love interest, Luisa (Catalina Sandino Moreno). It was reported that there will be conflicts between the two because apparently, Luisa may also have a thing with Cole's brother Scotty (Colin Donnell). It seems there will be more conflict between the brothers as it was reported that Cole will reject Scotty's plan to make money for the family.
