Chris Brown Relists Condo, Slashes Asking Price to $1.7 Million

Chris Brown relisted his Hollywood condo earlier this week, slashing the asking price from $1.9 million to $1.7 million after receiving no buyers.

In May 2012, the R&B singer moved out from his Hollywood home after rumors of unhappy neighbors started making the rounds. Reportedly, Brown used to have wild parties, park in handicap spots, blare music and even race dogs down the hallways, which didn't go down well with his neighbors who paid about $1 million to live in the neighborhood.

Brown first listed the condo at 8265 Fountain Ave, Unit 401, West Hollywood, CA 90046 for $1.895 million but it was taken down after a few months when no buyers showed interest in purchasing the property. Earlier this month, Brown relisted the property, slashing the asking price to $1.695 million.

The condo covers an area of 3,100-square-foot, comprising of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It has a spacious kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and bamboo floors.

The listing reads:

Ultra chic luxurious 3,000+ sq ft Penthouse conveniently located just off the Sunset Strip. This lavish residence encompasses the entire top floor featuring direct elevator access, 3 bedroom suites, 3.5 baths, office and bar which open to the Great Room with beautiful city views. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with CeasarStone countertops, stainless steel appliances, architectural style windows and bamboo wood floors. Features also include high ceilings, laundry room, 2 car parking, double-paned windows and designer appointed bathrooms. Eco-friendly building in a great location close to shops, restaurants and night life.

Brown currently lives in a modern, single-family home in Hollywood Hills and if rumors are to be believed, the singer has landed himself in some more hot waters with his neighbors. The singer has painted 8-foot-tall, brightly colored creatures in a graffiti-style along a retaining wall outside his home, which a neighbor describes as "like devils on the wall", the L.A. Times reported.
