'That '70s Show' Actor Wilmer Valderrama Lists Tarzana Estate for $3.5 Million

Actor Wilmer Valderrama, popularly known for his role as "Fez" in "That '70s Show", has listed his Tarzana estate for sale at an asking price of $3.5 million.

Described as a "suburban party pad" by The Real Estalker blog, the property reportedly has three structures including a 5,000-square-foot, 3-bedroom main house, a 2-garage, 2- bedroom guesthouse and a 2,300-square-foot multi-purpose house with a production suite, office, conference room, game room and gym.

The estate was built in 1946 and has a vintage charm with exquisite woodwork in most of the rooms. The property also features a huge outdoor entertainment area, with a pool/waterfall grotto/water slide, sandy volleyball court and sports court. In addition to the six cars that can be housed in the 2 garages onsite, there's also room for an additional 12 cars in a parking lot next to the sports court.

The actor is currently dating former X-Factor judge Demi Lovato, though the couple continues to keep their relationship under wraps. According to a Hollywood Life report, Valderrama recently sent the starlet a heartfelt birthday tweet. Sources also confirmed to the tabloid that the two have been seeing each other for months now and rumors also have it that they're planning to get hitched sometime soon.
