An apartment at Manhattan Valley, New York City, which was once inhabited by the U.S. President Barack Obama, has hit the rental market. One can avail it for just $2400 a month, according to several media reports.
President Obama apparently shared the Upper West Side apartment with a roommate while he was studying at Columbia University. He paid about $360 a month for the abode, reports Huffington Post.
The listing of the residence states that the home is a two bedroom, one bathroom place. The interiors boast of dark hardwood floors, high ceilings and one walk-in closet.

While the President once lived in the apartment at 142 West 109th Street, he now resides in the White House, which is obviously not for sale! However, the thought of how much it would cost if it were listed has crossed people's minds for ages.
Using the Zestimate® algorithm, property website Zillow found out that if the White House were to ever be listed, it would cost around $300 million.
