The upcoming episode of "The Vampire Diaries" will feature an adorable scene between best friends Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Caroline (Candice Accola-King).
After Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) died in Season 6, fans started wondering how the hit The CW series will survive without her. Some fans were also worried over the fact that Dobrev will no longer be around to help pull the ratings of the show up.
However, in the exclusive clip released by Entertainment Tonight, fans might once again be excited to watch "The Vampire Diaries" because of Bonnie and Caroline's upcoming scene. According to the publication, the best friends never had a scene as adorable as the one from the upcoming fourth episode of Season 7 for as long as fans could remember.
In the clip, Caroline could be seen waking up from her sleep just as Bonnie was leaving her room.
"I didn't want to wake you..." Bonnie said.
"Well, I would lose more sleep if you snuck out without saying 'hi,'" Caroline said.
At this point, Caroline invited Bonnie to sit on her bed, and the two of them hugged each other really tight.
"Am I gonna catch fire?" Bonnie asked Caroline.
"No, I just can't touch vampires," she said.
Caroline then asked Bonnie if she could go shopping for Halloween costumes with her, but Bonnie revealed that she's worried about Alaric and the Phoenix Stone.
"My job is to crush his dream in the most gentle way possible," Bonnie told Caroline.
"Our lives are weird..." Caroline told her best friend.
"Tell me about it," Bonnie replied, and then the two just cuddled each other in bed.
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 will air its fourth episode, titled "I Carry Your Heart With Me," on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
