Upton just joined the Atlanta Braves after playing for the Tampa bay Rays for eight seasons. He signed a five-year $75.25 million contract in November 2012. However, he has not been performing very well in 2013.
"Upton's negative-0.6 mark this year ranks as the third-worst in the National League among players with at least 350 plate appearances," according to Blecherreport.com.
