Brad Paisley and Kimberley Williams Sell Palisades Home for $2.5 Million

Famous Country Singer Brad Paisley and his actress/director wife, Kimberley Williams-Paisley, have sold their Pacific Palisades home for $2.5 million. The couple managed to find a buyer after seven months of listing the place and have sold it a little under the asking price- $2.9 million.

According to the Listing records at Sotheby's International, the home measures around 3,394 square feet comprising of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Built in 1925, the single family home has beamed ceilings and stained glass windows.

The property features a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar that leads to a formal dining room. The master bedroom sports a fireplace, an attached bathroom and a balcony that provides beautiful ocean views. The open backyard is filled with trees and greenery. A separate garage comes with an additional room as well.

The Paisley couple also owns a property in Franklin, Tennessee.

The residence was fully restored before being listed for sale. The Paisley couple sold its home as Brad's music career is more concentrated in Nashville and Kimberly has also been busy shooting for the popular TV series "Nashville" in the Music City, Trulia reported.

And now that Brad's latest single "I Can't Change the World" did exceptionally well with the masses, he has decided to make a movie based on its lyrics. The song has powerful words and a strong message. Brad wants to make a much bigger version of the song, knitting a story around the lyrics and presenting it in a bigger picture.

"When we were writing this song and started on this album, there are so many themes that are larger than life, secret to happiness type things. This song is very important. It's a really timely love song. It wouldn't have worked 30 years ago as well as it will now. It's written for the time we live in. Technology, instead of connecting us, it starts to separate us," Paisley said to TasteofCountry.com.
