Days of Our Lives Actor Casey Moss Faces Multiple Charges After Arrest In Arizona

Actor Casey Allen Moss was arrested in Arizona Monday morning after trying to punch a bartender in a Scottsdale hotel in Arizona.

According to reports, police received a call over an assault at the W Scottsdale Hotel at around 12:30 a.m. last Monday which involved the 21-year-old "Days of Our Lives" star. Moss was reportedly intoxicated and got into an argument after being "cut off." He tried to punch a bartender but missed and then shoved another hotel staff before a bouncer tackled him, ABC 15 Arizona reported.

A police officer handcuffed the actor and escorted him outside but he struggled to pull away so he was put on the ground. When asked of his name, he reportedly shouted, "I'm Casey Moss and I'm an actor on Days of Our Lives."

Moss was brought to the Scottsdale jail and is facing charges of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

According to We Love Soaps, several cast members of NBC soap opera were in Phoenix last Sunday for the "Days of our Lives: 50 Years" book signing. Casey Moss, who plays JJ Deveraux, was also in attendance.

Moss posted on Twitter, "1,200 people showed up to @nbcdays book signing here in Phoenix, AZ. All of the #Days50 books, sold out! Such an honor. Thank you all!" However, he has not acknowledged yet the arrest.

Meanwhile, his character in the DOOL has been receiving plenty of screen time as of late and fans are hoping for more. Spoilers tease that J.J. has made up his mind about the career he is going to pursue, but his family will not be pleased. He's been considering to be a cop. As unexpected as it was, could the police academy give him the discipline and the direction that he needs? Or would it turn out to be a disaster given his rebellious character?
