Standup comedian Wayne Brady is probably best known for hosting "Let's make a Deal". However, looks like he himself has made a deal purchasing a plush condo in the Pacific Palisades area for about $1.75 million, according to several news reports.
Brady's condo sits on the Rockwell Building, a posh coastal structure that only has six penthouse townhomes and ten single-story residences. The condo boasts an interior living space of 2227 square feet. It comprises of three bedrooms and three full and one half bathroom.
Realtor.com describes the residence as:
"Brady's new digs boasts a host of luxe touches, including reclaimed white oak flooring, signature exposed concrete walls, custom built-ins and cabinets, and marble countertops. Ann Sacks tile and natural stone run throughout the home, which also features a row of French doors that open onto a private viewing terrace with handcrafted Moroccan cement tiles and floor-to-ceiling windows.
In addition to its finer finishes, Brady's new home comes complete with wired home automation, which includes built-in audio, lighting controls with a Nest thermostat, and private security systems. Last but certainly not least, the home is accessed via an electronically keyed private elevator that connects to secure underground parking."

While he just picked up a plush home in the Palisades, he is gearing up to perform live at Little River Casino in Manistee. His performance is scheduled for September 14, reports Mynorth.com.
So what can the audience expect?
Brady said that he will take suggestions from the audience.
"I'll divide the audience into two groups. One writes questions they want to ask," he said. The rest of the audience will be asked to write down song titles. He and his accompanist will then "create sketches and songs on the spot from the audience suggestions," according to Mynorth.com.
