Matthew Perry a.k.a. Chandler Bing of the "Friends" fame purchased a shiny and nice beach front home in Malibu for $12 million, two years ago! And not a single soul in the propertazzi knew of it!

The Real Estalker just discovered that Perry purchased the home through a trust and snagged the property in late 2009. The residence is a 5,500 square feet home comprising of four bedrooms and three full and one half bathrooms.
Photos of the house show roomy interiors with wood beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer uninterrupted oceanic views.

Sometime back in February 2013, Perry finally sold his Hollywood Hills home for a cool $4.7 million. He had listed it in September 2012 asking for $5.3 million. However, he cut off a little chunk of the price as the property sat unclaimed for four months. In 2011, Perry had three of his properties listed in the market while purchasing a Los Angeles mansion worth $8.6 million, reports Yahoo.
Perry shot to fame with his role in the hit sitcom "Friends". However, the 'Bing' charm couldn't take him further as he delivered a series of flops both on the big and small screen and struggled with his addiction issues.
Perry still seems to be fighting one battle after another. The now-sober Perry has gained a lot of weight of late and is combating the weighing scales for now.
According to the Daily Mail,
Matthew Perry looked like he needed a good long nap when he arrived at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday, with his fuller face revealing that he has gained even more weight in the past month.
In an interview with ABC News, Perry admitted to being pretty good at hiding things. He openly talked about his addictions and how easily he managed to dupe his 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S' co-stars, Courtney Cox and Jennifer Aniston.
Well, that explains the real estate secrecy!
