The "It's My Life" hitmaker Jon Bon Jovi listed his Manhattan duplex apartment with a $42 million price tag sometime back in March 2013. However, failing to sell over the months, the residence has been given a cost chop and now sports a $39.9 million price tag, according to several news reports.
Bon Jovi bought the place for $24 million back in 2007, according to Curbed NY. Despite the pricechopper, if he sells for anywhere near the current asking price, he'll make a generous profit.

While not handling real estate issues, Jovi might have to attend to some wedding whims. No! Not his son! He just made it to the Notre Dame Football team and is NOT getting married anytime now!
However, a resident of Berowra (also a bride-to-be), has started an online petition to have the rockstar walk her down the aisle, according to the Daily Telegraph. Branka Delic, who happens to be a die-hard Bon Jovi fan, found out that he was performing in Las Vegas on the night of her wedding and now wants him to walk her down the aisle.
"@BonJovi - Getting married @ Graceland chapel on day of your Vegas 2013 concert. Come walk me down the aisle first Jon!! Make it special," she tweeted.
Apparently, she is getting married in the same Elvis-themed chapel where Jovi had got married! Some craze that is!
