Katy Perry, who just concluded her 151-date tour, is the latest addition to Madonna's "unapologetic bitches."
The "Roar" singer was present during Madonna's star-studded "Rebel Heart Tour" in Inglewood California on Tuesday, Oct. 27 and the latter surprised the audience by taking Perry onto the stage as she performed "Unapologetic Bitch," Huffington Post reported. Usually, the victor is a fan but not this time as the lucky person to get a spank and receive a banana, as a price, was Katy Perry. The banana turned out to be a flask so both had to take swills, the report continued. Perry, although surprised, responded jokingly with, "I love you, mom!"
According to Daily Mail, Perry quipped, "Well, that was unrehearsed!" Being onstage with Madonna, however, was an opportunity Perry could not pass up, as she is one of her heroes. Clips of the awkward dance, booty dancing and Perry briefly twerking against Madonna have been circulating the Internet. Perry herself shared the video.
Both singers have collaborated with each other before and even appeared together on the cover of V Magazine. Madonna continues to wow her fans as she goes on with her "Rebel Heart Tour."
On the other hand, Katy Perry's next album is due by 2016, according to her Manager as reported by Billboard way back in May. The report also added that "her manager has confirmed that the pop superstar's fourth full-length is not too far off -- as in, it could be here in eight months."
It is a surefire that her fans would not mind waiting until next year for her next offering and just like her previous albums, it would defenitely be a total hit. Now one question fans are probably asking is, "Would Perry and Madonna be on stage together in the future, actually singing together, without the spanking element?" It would definitely be one concert to see.
