Looks like Perrie Edwards was awfully hurt after Zayn Malik called off their wedding as the lyrics of their new song "Hair" openly dissed Zayn. During an interview with UTV show Total Access, the host ask the girls on what's the story behind their new song, which is definitely pertaining to someone.
Jade Thirlwall, one of the members of the girl group then stated: "Well you know sometimes when you break up with someone they are that word [bellend] so it's alright to say in a song,"
She then described the track stating:
You know when you break up with someone and they are that word..."
In one of her interviews, Perrie openly expressed how she felt in regards to her heartache.
"Yeah it is. He was just a bellend and I knew it."
Hollywood Life then made it clear that the word "bellend" simply meant "Di*khead."
Though this may be a bit harsh, a source then shared that Perrie's "totally over him." Her girl group "Little Mix" however is going their best to diss her ex fiancé every chance they'd get. The source then made it clear that the couple is never getting back together.
"Perrie doesn't love Zayn anymore. As far as she's concerned, her love for him died a long time ago," the source said. "She's happily dating other guys, doesn't love him anymore and wouldn't take him back."
Mirror then reported that the former "One Direction" member stated that Zayn is starting to reach out to Pierre again. A source told Daily Star that: "Zayn has started messaging Perrie again saying he misses and still loves her, although Perrie is trying to be strong and move on, it's obvious to everyone around her she's still in love with Zayn."
It was only just this year that Zayn called off their engagement. The ex-couple had been together for the past 4 years.
