The F.R.I.E.N.D.S and Cougar Town actress, Courtney Cox, has reportedly put her plush pad in Beverly Hills that was designed by the famous architect A. Quincy Jones on the open listing market with a $19.5 million price tag.
The Real Estalker reports that Cox and her ex-husband, David Arquette, purchased the place in June 2004, when they were still blissfully married. They snagged the Trousdale Estates home for about $5.4 million. The couple renovated the place in 2006.
Considering the asking price, looks like she is looking for a solid profit on the sale. No news about how the real estate has been divided between Cox and Arquette is known yet. Apparently, while the two were together, they owned a private estate in Malibu. Cox also owns a condo in the famed Sierra Towers in West Hollywood, the same one where Cher, the singer, once owned the only duplex condo of the building.
According to the listing records, Cox's Beverly Hills residence is a 5,500 square feet single family home comprising of four bedrooms and five full and one half bathrooms. Interiors feature modern architecture with glass floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and windows. A detached office and a bi-level living room are some other highlights. Outside, the residence has a circular pool, vast recreational spaces and a six-car parking garage.

Cox and Arquette both have moved on. While the former has been dating Cougar town co-star Brian Van Holt (who also recently sold his Californian abode), Arquette has also found love in entertainment reporter, Christina McLarty. Both of them have had troubles in their relationships but are doing better now.
Apparently, Cox and Holt were fighting a lot but have rekindled their romance and are also planning to tie the knot soon. Meanwhile, Arquette and McLarty were spotted having a fun time in Beverly Hills celebrating his birthday September 8, 2013.
