Larry David, the man behind popular sitcom "Curb Your Enthusiasm," had listed his Pacific Palisades home sometime in March 2013 with a $14.9 million price tag. However, failing to sell over the months, the residence has received a price cut of $2 million and is now asking $12.9 million, according to several news reports.
David's home is located in the private and enclosed area of Huntington Palisades. He purchased the property, which comprises of three separate lots, with his then wife, Laury. He bought the first lot in November 1993 and the other two were snagged in May 1996 and March 1999, respectively.
According to the listing records, the home was built in 1950 and currently has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The main living unit features hardwood floors, wooden beamed ceilings and large glass windows.
The home has multiple living spaces including spacious living rooms, sitting rooms and a formal dining room. An open modern kitchen with a box-shaped central island adjoins the dining room. Many wooden fireplaces line the living areas. The master bedroom and dressing suites sit on the second floor of the house.
In addition to the multiple-wing main unit, on the other two lots, a pool and a detached guest house also exist. The guest house has an outdoor kitchen and living area and a large terrace as well.

David's humor is always derived from awkward social situations. His quirky comments and witty hilarity has led the American public to coin the term "Larry David moment".
While not indulging in real estate business, David is busy mingling with some high-profile people like the President of the United States, Barack Obama. Apparently, he was spotted playing golf with the president at Martha's Vineyard, where the latter was vacationing.
President Obama was taking a short break with his family and staying at the Chilmark House. The family has been vacationing in the house since 2009.
