As the final 12 "X-Factor" contestants were chosen, they will brought to a new home which they will no doubt enjoy. Their luxury multi-million pound mansion is located in North London where they will reside, while they prepare for the live ITV show, Huffington Post reported.
Said property, which was previously listed for sale with an asking price of £7m on Zoopla two years ago, features a cinema room, an indoor swimming pool with a steam room, spacious bedrooms, and a large private garden at the rear. Apart from that, it has the must-have feature for any luxury home, which is a state-of-the art car lift and electronic gates.
The mansion in Barnet's Beech Hill has seven bedrooms with a monthly rental of £20,000 a month.The property is in an area regarded as a "desirable village" called Hadley Wood on a "premier road" in the street of North London.
"Home to a host of celebrities, properties in this area of North London have increased in value by over 25 per cent in the past five years. This particular home is certainly fit for an A-lister and the contestants can practice their singing in style as they prepare for the live shows,' Lawrence Hall of Zoopla said, according to Mail Online.
The property was revealed when X Factor judges Simon Cowell, Rita Ora, Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl Fernandez Versini have chosen their final three acts for the live rounds.
Nick Grimshaw's three Boys are Mason Noise, Che Chesterman and Seann Miley Moore while Rita Ora's Girls are Louisa Johnson, Lauren Murray and Keira Weathers.
Meanwhile, the Groups of Cheryl Fernandez Versini are 4th Impact, Alien Uncovered, and Reggie n Bollie. For the Overs category, Simon Cowell has Max Stone, Bupsi and Anton Stephans.
