The Avatar actress Zoe Saldana has reportedly listed her home in Los Feliz for $1.2 million, according to several news reports.
Saldana recently tied the knot with Italian artist, Marco Perego in a very private ceremony. Now that she is blissfully married, listing her bachelorette pad seems like the only logical step.
Saldana purchased the home in 2006 for a little over $1 million. The residence is a 2800 square feet home, comprising of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The place has an open contemporary floor plan. Hardwood floors, large glass windows and mixed ceilings are some of its interior features.

The newlyweds must be looking for a new place to settle down because Perego has his Los Angeles home on the rental market asking $4500 a month, reports Celebuzz.
Perego's home is a 1300 square feet duplex residence located in one of the most posh neighborhoods of LA, just minutes away from Sunset Strip. Dark hardwood floors, 20-foot ceilings and massive glass windows make up the interiors of the house.

Saldana and Perego got married sometime in June 2013. However, not a soul knew of the nuptials until news broke out earlier in September. Apparently, the lovey-dovey couple wed in London in a very private ceremony attended by close friends and family.
An inside source said to Us Weekly:
"It was super small but very romantic and beautiful"
The couple has known each other for a long time and share a great chemistry. She is reportedly thrilled to be married. Another source said to the magazine:
"Zoe's thrilled to have someone she can enjoy life with!"
