Chris Colfer, who plays 'Kurt Hummel' in the hit musical series "Glee" has reportedly bid cheerio to his Hollywood Hills home selling it for $1.1 million, according to some media reports.
Colfer apparently bought the house at the onset of his career, when he was not as famous as he is now. The singer-dancer purchased the home sometime back in March 2011 for about $850,000. Considering the sale price, Colfer has made a neat profit on the home, reports the Real Estalker.
According to the listing records, the residence is a 2462 square feet house located in the swankiest sections of Hollywood Hills. Comprising of three bedrooms and three full and one half bathroom, the residence features plush interiors. The two-story home has light hardwood floors, large floor to ceiling glass windows and large, spacious, airy rooms.

Colfer is not the only Glee star dabbling in some real estate. Naya Rivera (Santana Lopez) recently sold her Beverly Hills mansion and moved to Los Feliz after her realtor mother helped her unload the property within weeks of listing it.
However, the Glee stars are now gearing up for the premiere of the fifth season slated to air Thursday, Sep. 26. One of the most speculated and anticipated question is: will Blain finally propose to Kurt? See some spoilers here.
