"Fifty Shades Darker" fans are reportedly disappointed with lead star Jamie Dornan for allegedly causing delays in the production of the film. In the past, Dornan and his co-star Dakota Johnson had some problems with their contract. After this was settled, Dornan is expected to go on leave to be with his pregnant wife Amelia Warner once she gives birth.
Fans are anticipating that Warner will give birth to her second child with Dornan sometime next year. The production of "Fifty Shades Darker" is expected to commence around the same time.
Since Dornan recently told Belfast Telegraph that he's madly in love with his wife, the actor will definitely be around to support her throughout her pregnancy, according to Yibada.
Meanwhile, some fans of Dornan and the "Fifty Shades of Grey" franchise don't have any problems with Dornan going on a short paternity leave. These fans have been most understanding of Dornan's situation, especially since he will become a new father.
Meanwhile, another reason why the production for "Fifty Shades Darker" will most likely be delayed has to do with the fact that the producers and director haven't selected a casting director for the film. Since the movie still hasn't tapped a casting director, it's still unclear which actors will be tapped to play the roles of Jack Hyde, Leila Williams and Mrs. Robinson.
According to Inquisitr, there's still a huge chance that "The Vampire Diaries" actor Ian Somerhalder will play the role of Jack.
Even though actress Charlize Theron previously said that she doesn't know anything about the movie, fans believe that she's one of the few who is fit to play the role of Mrs. Robinson.
Additionally, supermodel Cara Delevingne is rumored to play the role of Leila.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on Feb. 10, 2017.
