The 'Fantastic Four' actress, Jessica Alba was recently spotted taking a look at one of the most elaborate presidential suites of New York City - the duplex penthouse at Trump SoHo, which just hit the market for $50 million, according to several reports.
Trump SoHo is a 46-level, 39-unit hotel condominium located at 246 Spring Street in SoHo, New York City. The building's spa is designed by Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump's daughter.
Alba was seen visiting the penthouse and was apparently very impressed. Sources told the folks at the New York Post that she would return for another visit. Maybe she was charmed by all the luster and exclusivity of the place.
The duplex penthouse is a posh 10,000 square feet residence occupying the top two floors of the building. The home has high 20-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer great views of the city's skyline. According to the Real Deal, the residence can be customized to fit the buyer's needs.
Sapir Organization, developers of Trump SoHo have roped in popular listing agent Dolly Lenz to represent the penthouse.
"This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live perched above downtown Manhattan's epicenter, just steps away from the city's most fashionable galleries, restaurants, shops, and nightlife," Alex Sapir of the Sapir Organization, said to HotelNewsResource.com.

Meanwhile, more recently in June 2013, Alba and producer hubby Cash Warren dropped a chunk of cash on a barren 12.9 acre lot in Beverly Hills. This is not the first piece of real estate the couple own there. Alba and Warren have a beautiful home tucked away in the heights of the area.
While Alba did pay a visit to NYC, she was recently in Los Angeles for the premiere of her latest movie A.C.O.D (Adult Children of Divorce) sporting short hair and a black outfit that she carried off extremely well. The movie is slated to hit the theatres October 4.
