LG Nexus 5X vs. Huawei Nexus 6P: Nexus 5x Features Powerful Compact Built; Nexus 6P Is Bigger, Sturdier and Offers Better Performance

Nexus phones made a notable exception in the market as two new Nexus have been launched this summer: the Nexus 5X by LG and the Nexus 6P by Huawei.

The new Nexus phones are not too different from the old Nexus ones at first sight, but the difference in price between the two new phones is noticeable with each phone's design, detail and specifications.

The size of Nexus 5X is smaller than the Nexus 6P, and larger phone usually has a larger screen. Smartphone users who prefer a more compact phone will probably choose Nexus 5X. The Nexus 6P, however, is comfy even though it is a little bigger.

Based on the comparison made by the Computer World, the styles of the two phones are really different. Nexus 5X is made of plastic but seems well-constructed, sturdy, and durable. On the other hand, the Nexus 6P has a metal-based beauty, heavier, and has a colder-feeling than Nexus 5X, but it's as luxurious and beautifully designed.

The screen displays of the two devices are different. Nexus 5X is 5.2-in. 1080p LCD panel, while Nexus 6P's is 5.7 inches WQHD AMOLED display. Both screens of the two are as crisp as the eye can see. The 1080p of Nexus 5X is more than sufficient. The 6p's AMOLED screen is as good as they get with vibrant colors and black so deep you'll drown in visual delight.

A review from Androidpit state that Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P both use 12.3 MP main cameras, which are more impressive in low-light conditions than the iPhone 6s Plus. The two devices have both dual-LED flash, laser auto-focus and af/2.0 aperture lens. The front-facing camera of the two devices is different. Nexus 5X has 5MP while Nexus 6P has 8MP.

The two devices both have high-end specs. Nexus 5X houses the six-core Snapdragon 808 with 2 GB of RAM, comes with 16 or 32 GB internal memory and 2,700 mAh battery. On the other hand, the Nexus 6P has an eight-core Snapdragon 810 with 3 GB of RAM, comes with 32, 64 or 218 GB internal memory and 3,450 mAh battery. Both are running on Android 6.
