In "Supernatural" Season 11 Episode 5, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will visit a creepy bed and breakfast in that was once owned by iconic killer, Lizzie Borden.
Borden was acquitted for killing her father, Andrew and stepmother, Abby by crushing their heads, back in 1892 in Fall River, Massachusetts. According to Borden, she fainted after seeing the disfigured skulls of her victims. But Borden wasn't charged for the death of her parents, although many speculate that she is responsible for their death, International Business Times reported.
Dean said that the Bed and Breakfast is “a tourist trap” while they are starting their paranormal case investigation as killings were reported in the area. Witnesses revealed that a little girl is spotted around a haunted museum near the B&B at the time of the murders. Because of that, Sam and Dean will think that it is Amara responsible for the killings.
In a promo video of episode 5, titled “Thin Lizzie,” a girl is with her significant other in the bed and breakfast museum. She was asking her partner if they will be seeing something scary during their stay in the place but moments later, she got stabbed at the back by a mysterious killer wearing a dark cloak.
Synopsis of the episode that will air on Wednesday, 9 P.M. EST on the CW reads: “Sam and Dean investigate a series of murders at a local B&B that also happens to be Lizzie Borden’s old home.”
Meanwhile, Matt Cohen will be returning as the younger version of John Winchester, appearing in the dream of Sam (Jared Padalecki). Padalecki likes the idea of having Cohen back on the show which is like a family reunion for him.
“I love Matt. ‘Supernatural’ is such a unique show because even though he hasn’t been on the show in five years, we still see each other several times a year,” Padalecki said according to TVLine. “He’s a buddy, he just became a dad. Most of the time when they call cut, we’d be like, ‘So what’s going on? How’s the baby? How’s the wife?'”
“He’s a great actor, and he brought something great to the character,” Padalecki continues. “It was a really neat thing to do to use him instead of Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who I also love, because it puts Sam in an even more awkward position. It wasn’t the dad that he knew, so it had Sam really unawares… It was just such a well-thought out and well-executed script,” he added.
