Famous celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz has reportedly listed her three-story townhouse in Greenwich, New York City, for $29.9 million, according to several news reports.
This is not the first time Leibovitz is trying to unload the residence. Back in 2011, the lens-woman had put it on the market for $33 million. Failing to sell then, she took the listing off and has now returned with a lower asking price, reports The Real Estalker.
According to the listing records at Corcoran, the residence is a large 10,200-square-feet townhouse comprising of 16 spacious rooms, which include seven bedrooms and five full and one half bathroom. It has four floors including the underground cellar. A 20-feet wide guest house and a garden also come with the property.
Leibovitz assembled the residence in a span of two years. Sometime back in 2002, she purchased the main townhouse for $4.2 million and bought the guesthouse a year later for $1.3 million.
The listing describes the residence as:

Leibovitz was declared a 'living legend' by the Library of Congress.
Leibovitz found herself in a deep $24 million debt hole from unpaid taxes and mortgage liens. ACG bank sued her in 2009 for non-repayment of debts but she managed to negotiate an extension from the company, reports Bloomberg.
However, the photographer is doing better now. After her financial upheaval and losing a loved one she decided to get out of the studio and shoot whatever she likes. She is holding an exhibition 'Pilgrimage' at the Columbia Museum of Art, which opens October 4.
Leibovitz is famous for her portraits of a naked pregnant Demi Moore and a dressed Yoko Ono embracing a nude John Lennon. For 'Pilgrimage', Leibovitz has abandoned individual portraits.
So what exactly can one expect in the exhibition?
"The subject matter mostly focuses on American images - Elvis's Graceland, Georgia O'Keeffe's house, Niagara Falls. The theme is more, 'How do these experiences influence me?" Jolene Ryan-Cook, deputy director of the Museum explained to The Charleston City Paper.
