Jessica Jones and Daredevil Crossover Might Happen

By November, the days are numbered before the premiere of the "Jessica Jones" TV series, which will feature the adventures of the Marvel female superhero. The latest TV update has teased that "Daredevil" will have a crossover appearance in the series.

The Geeky Tyrant first reported about the "Jessica Jones" and "Daredevil" crossover, which was confirmed by Collider's Jon Schnepp in a video for "Collider Heroes." The news followed the release of the full trailer last week.

"You're definitely gonna see Matt Murdock in Jessica Jones. That's a fact. He's in it. I don't know how they interact, but he's in the series," Schnepp said.

Marvel's Jeph Loeb has previously confirmed Murdoch's possible appearance on "Jessica Jones." He said that both "Daredevil" and "Jessica Jones" universe will take place on the fictional Hell's Kitchen, New York City.

"[But] we don't want people suddenly going, "Wait, is that Matt Murdoch that's walking down the street?" Because that's going to feel odd, and in a weird way feel false," Loeb said.

When the crossover happens, this will be the second crossover appearance from another "Daredevil" character in the latest TV offering of Marvel and Netflix. In July 2014, showrunner Melissa Rosenberg has confirmed that Rosario Dawson will reprise her "Daredevil" role as Claire Temple as reported by ET Online. Dawson and Cox were last seen in "Daredevil" Season 1 last April.

Aside from both "Daredevil" characters, Luke Cage (Mike Colter) will also be included in the series as Jessica's boyfriend. The upcoming live-action Marvel series will revolve around Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) who previously failed to become a superhero. Jessica now works as a hot-headed private investigator in her "Alias" detective agency located in Hell's Kitchen, New York City.

Jessica Jones, Daredevil and Luke Cage are all included in the four-part mini-series crossover for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which also has Iron Fist and the Defenders.

The TV adaptation of the comic book superhero stars Krysten Ritter ("Breaking Bad") as the titular Jessica Jones, Mike Colter as Luke Cage ("American Horror Story: Coven"), Rachael Taylor ("Crisis") as Trish "Patsy" Walker, Carrie-Anne Moss ("Chuck") as Jeri Hogarth and David Tennant ("Doctor Who") as Kilgrave. They are joined by other cast members including Eka Darville, Erin Moriarty, Will Traval, and Rosario Dawson.

"Jessica Jones" TV series will premiere on Friday, Nov. 20, at 12:01 a.m. on Netflix.
