Christy Brinkley Sells North Haven Home for $10 Million to Cantor Fitzgerald President

Actress/model, Christy Brinkley has reportedly sold her North Haven home for $10 million to Stuart Hersch, president of Cantor Fitzgerald, a popular investment firm in the U.S., according to several news reports.

Apparently, the home was on the listing market for $8.9 million. However, Hersch must have liked the residence a lot to pay over the asking price. The sale was also agreed to on a condition that the Herschs would NEVER hire architect, Peter Cook, Brinkley's ex-husband if they were to ever renovate the house, reports Curbed Hamptons.

The listing was held by Saunders Realty. The charming estate is a 2.6 acre lot with ample beachfront property as well. The main house was built in 1804. The residence has hardwood floors, French doors and windows and provides for complete comfortable living and lovely views of the bay. The house has four bedrooms and two full and one half bathroom.

Brinkley has been named one of the most attractive women of all times. In February 2012, she grabbed the third spot in Daily Mail's 'World's Richest Models' list. That explains the plush North Haven home.

Brinkley is also actively involved in social work. Just last week, Brinkley, her daughter, Sailor Brinkley Cook and actress Bai Ling pledged their support to a Rhino conservation project in South Africa spearheaded by local jeweler Jenna Clifford, reports WWD.com.

More recently, Brinkley and Cook were spotted attending the 2013 STYLE awards in New York City. Mum and daughter looked almost similar with blonde hair and figure flattering clothes. RadarOnline called them 'Doppelgangers!
