Supermodel Heidi Klum Drops $9.8 Million on Bel Air McManse

Supermodel Heidi Klum has reportedly purchased a large stone mansion in Bel Air, Los Angeles, for $9.8 million, according to several news reports.

Klum purchased the home from famous writer, Ed Weinberger (creator of Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Cosby Show etc.) The home was listed in 2010 for $15 million, according to the Zillow Blog. Considering the amount it sold for, Weinberger has compromised a lot on the price.

Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 11,000 square feet home, sitting on a 4 acre lot. Comprising of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the house is a mock-med style stone villa with formal interiors.

Dark hardwood floors, French doors and windows make up the insides of the house, while a large backyard lawn with an exclusive pool area complete the exteriors.

Check out the photos of the home, here.

Klum currently lives in the star studded neighbourhood of Brentwood in L.A. with her four kids and new beau, Martin Kristen. More recently, Klum and Kristen were spotted taking a look at Katy Perry's Hollywood Hills mansion that just received another pricechopper.

According to TMZ, the couple toured the place and apparently Klum really liked the home. They were looking for a new place for themselves and her four children. Klum had a list of must haves for her home. She wanted the master bedroom to be on the same floor on which her children's bedrooms are.

So the new home must have all the must-haves!

Klum was last spotted in Malibu, Saturday where she was celebrating her daughter Lou's birthday. Ex-husband Seal was also at the party and the family looked quite united. Klum and Seal separated in January after she claimed that Seal had cheated on her, reports The Daily Mail.
