Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Star, Marisa Zanuck Opening Real Estate Firm

Months after revealing her exit from the reality show 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', Marisa Zanuck is opening a real estate firm in Beverly Hills with Ryan Serhant of the 'Million Dollar Listing' fame. The firm is slated to open in November 2013.

Construction of offices of the brand new real estate firm, Nest Seekers/ Zanuck on North Canon Drive, is almost over. The partnership will see Zanuck joining hands with The Nest Seekers International, the fastest growing real estate firm in New York, founded by Eddie Shapiro in 2002. Serhant, who was a prime agent of the company will be partnering with Zanuck, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

Apparently, the offices are being designed by Zanuck's mother-in-law, Lili Fini Zanuck.

"She's my best friend and an incredible designer, Canon Drive is real estate row, so we had to be there. You have to look like you're a baller, and it's important that we don't f-around," Zanuck said to the magazine.

Zanuck's bio on twitter reads:

Zanuck spent only one season at the Real Housewife series. First appearing in the third season of the show, she hinted leaving the hit Bravo series back in March in her blog.

"I have moved past all of the drama, and I don't want to acknowledge it anymore. This is my final blog and I want to dedicate it to all of you that have supported me immensely throughout this experience. I really appreciate the time you took to write me and share your perspectives; you have given me some really great advice. I also appreciate the constructive criticism because it helped me think about the choices I have made and the things I have said. I feel like we have gotten to know each other throughout this experience and while some may call you viewers or fans, I would like to call you friends," she wrote in her blog.
