"Dragon Ball Super" reveals that Goku has gone training with Whis in episode 17, and this training has been continued in episode 18. "DBS" episode 18 preview trailer has been released, and it reveals the methods of training that Goku has undergone on Beerus planet.
Attack on the Fanboy states that the end of Episode 17 is where Dragon Ball Super' Episode 18 will jump off. To recall, episode 17 shows Hercule Satan spending time with Pan. As soon as Gohan arrives from work he transforms into the Great Saiyanman and spars with Hercule. While this is happening, they are juggling Pan in the air, who is seemingly is enjoying every minute of it. Everything then comes to a standstill when Chi Chi appears. She gets very upset when she saw what they are doing to her granddaughter. Chi Chi then locks herself up in a room with Pan and Videl. Her desire for Pan is to become a scholar and not a fighter.
This prompts Krillin, Bulma and Goku to go to Gohan and Videl's place tp try and help sorting things out. Eventually, Bulma was the only one allowed to go inside the room. In the midst of all the fuss, Bulma somehow mentions about Vegeta's training with Whis. All this time, Goku was also outside listening to what was happening. Upon hearing this, he charges into the room and says that he is jealous of Vegeta for training without him. For the past six months while Vegeta was training with Whis Goku was working as a farmer. One of the main reasons why Goku caouldn't train with Whis was because of Chi Chi. Other than the fact that Goku couldn't find the planet Beerus' through Instant Transmission. Like her desire for Pan, Chi Chi doesn't want Goku to train as a fighter. She does all that she can to prevent this from happening.
Having reviewed what happened on episode 17, the upcoming installment of "Dragon Ball Super" will reveal that "Goku has left Earth to train with Whis. Yibada says that the video clip showed how Goku was excited to start the training in the new planet. Yet, it appears that Goku and Vegeta ended up doing chores.
It is also noted that "Dragon Ball Super" episode 18 will follow the "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'" arc.
