Turns out the rumors about Robert Pattinson, the 'Twilight Saga' star, moving out of the Los Feliz neighborhood in L.A. are true. The actor has reportedly listed his home in the area with a $6.7 million price tag.
This is the same home that Rob and his then sweetheart, Kristen Stewart shared while they were dating. However, after the scandalous "cheat story" of Stewart and her 'Snowhite and the Huntsmen' director, Rupert Saunders broke, things fell apart for the couple. Stewart moved into another house in the same neighborhood and the two have been living just houses away since then.
Just two months ago, Realty Today reported that Pattinson moved out of Los Feliz and was renting a plush home in Beverly Hills and partying hard to get Kristen off his mind. Looks like all the partying has paid off. Robert's home listing may come as proof that he has moved on.
While Robert has moved out, Kristen still lives in the neighborhood.
According to the listing records, the residence is located in a 'beautiful gated estate. Spanning an area of 4026 square feet, the home comprises of three bedrooms and three bedrooms. The home offers beautiful views of the city and also has a swimming pool and a library.
The listing describes the home as:
One of the first private residences built in the gentle hills above Los Feliz, this walled & gated estate provides a unique opportunity to acquire an architecturally significant property with historic provenance and incomparable gardens. Perfectly sited on a terraced lot of nearly 1.5 acres, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features original detail with updated systems. Awe inspiring without being overwhelming, the grounds provide many areas for soulful contemplation with water features, lagoon pool and city views. An inspiring property providing privacy, security & serenity.

More recently Robert was linked to Sean Penn's daughter, Dylan Penn. And now it seems the actor has been indulging in too much fun.
'All fun and no work makes Rob a poor boy!'
Apparently, Robert's team has demanded that he get to work and stop 'partying and womanizing' so much.
"Rob's team felt he needed a wake up call [and] that NOW is the time to get extremely serious about his career, even if that means quitting the womanizing and music making that have defined his life in Los Angeles so far. They really don't want him throwing this opportunity down the toilet," an insider said to RadarOnline.com.
The source added:
"Rob has to pick his next movie before the end of the year, and frankly, everyone is worried he's going to screw this up. He can't screw this up!"
