Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady Find Home in NYC; Buying $14 Million Manhattan Condo

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her quarterback husband, Tom Brady, are reportedly under contract to buy a $14 million condo in the plush One Madison Building in Manhattan, New York City, according to various news reports.

The couple were reportedly home hunting in the city. Back in April, Broker Ryan Serhant of "Million Dollar Listing" told the New York Post about the couple's real estate hunt. They were also spotted looking at a duplex at 212 W 18th Street.

The couple is no stranger to the area. Brady owned a home in the Time Warner building, which he sold for around $17.5 million in 2011 while Bundchen also recently unloaded her West Village townhouse for $4.4 million, reports Huffington Post.

According to the Trulia blog, the couple's new home is the highest single floor condo, sitting just a few floors below the three-story penthouse of the building.

A source said to Page Six:

"They went for the model apartment, which is a full-floor private residence with amazing city and river-to-river plus park views."

Another source added:

"It will allow Tom Brady to look down on Gotham like Batman."

Listing records of the residence state that the home is a 3310 square feet condo comprising of 3 beds and 3 full and one half bath. It describes the home as:

This three-bedroom residence with keyed elevator entrance onto a private foyer is the highest single full-floor home at One Madison. The couple also have a large eco-friendly $20 million mansion in Los Angeles which just completed construction.

First a $20 million mansion and then a $14 million condo! The investments don't come as a surprise. Apparently, the Brazilian model had earned $42 million alone in 2012 while Brady made about $48.5 million in the same period, reports Inquisitr.com.

The couple already seemed to have settled down in NYC. Bundchen was seen shopping and lunching with her baby daughter, Vivian in the city.Popsugar.com has some cute photos.
