'Troy' actress Diane Kruger and her boyfriend Joshua Jackson are reportedly selling their Hollywood Hills home for $1.5 million, according to some real estate reports.
The Real Estalker broke news of the home hitting the listing market. The happily un-married couple used the home as a pied-a-Terre, which they purchased under the name of a trust for $1.3 million in 2009. Considering the asking price, looks like the couple is seeking a slight profit.
The residence is a 2389 square feet, three bedroom and three bathroom single family home, located in a gated compound of a plush neighborhood. Photos of the interiors show dark hardwood floors, large glass windows and airy rooms. Outside, the place has ample recreation area with a wooden deck that opens up to a cozy green garden.

Kruger and Jackson have been together since 2006. In June, rumor had it that the couple were getting engaged. According to PerezHilton.com, Jackson was caught eyeing a 'Neil Lane engagement rings - an $80,000, 3.5 carat, emerald-cut platinum ring,' in Beverly Hills. Later, a ring was spotted on Kruger's fourth finger which aroused a lot of media banter.
However, Kruger denied all rumors of being engaged. She said that marriage wasn't very important for her and the band was not an engagement ring, reports NZ City.
Though the actress/model doesn't want to get married any soon, she definitely wants to have babies. For the October issue of C Magazine, Kruger revealed her dreams of starting a family with Jackson and raising their kids in Paris.
"Yeah, I know it. I see myself raising kids there. I would love that, having little French babies in Bonpoint. 'We'll see. It happens when it happens," Diane said.
Why Paris?
Well, Kruger has lived in Paris for many years and also owns an apartment there. In fact, she intends on moving there after wrapping up the first season of 'The Bridge'.
That explains why the couple have listed their home!
