Meanwhile, the "Ghost" actress in real life really fears that her former mansion is in a "bad karma." Report by Inquisitr in Aug. says that Moore is planning to sell the mansion where she and former husband Ashton Kutcher lived in since 2003.

"Demi doesn't want to go back to the house. She will sell it and move on as she finds it so distressing that someone died in her pool," a close friend of the actress said to Inquisitr. "She just feels the home will have a bad karma about it. No one wants to live in a house where someone has died. Her daughters are also uncomfortable about ever having a pool party again knowing a man lost his life."

Currently, there are no updated reports if Moore is currently selling her mansion.
