Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann's Former Beverly Hills Home Listed for $3.4 Million

A Beverly Hills residence that famous director and producer Judd Apatow and his actress wife Leslie Mann owned has come on the market for $3.4 million, according to the Zillow Blog.

The blog states that the couple sold the house approximately at the same time when they purchased the Malibu home in April, 2013. They purchased the Beverly Hills residence in 2005 for $1.6 million and sold it for $1.8 million.

Wondering why the home has been flipped so fast?

Apparently, the residence was purchased in order to take advantage of the emerging property market of Los Angeles. It has now been remodelled and sports a higher price tag.

According to the listing records, the home is a 5000 square feet single family home sitting on an acre of land. Comprising of five bedrooms and six bathrooms, the two-story home features large open interior spaces and ultra modern amenities.

The listing describes it as:

Simply Walk In..., Immediately Fall in Love. Beautiful Cape Cod Remodel with Great Open Floor Plan. Large Foyer with Wide Plank Hardwood Floors and High Ceilings. 5 Bedroom, 5 1/2 Bath, Living room, Dining room, Family room, 3 Fire places, Media/Game Room, Library/office area, Stainless Steel Kitchen with Gorgeous Carrera Marble Center Island . Luxurious Master Bath, His and Her Walk-in Closets. Private Lushly Landscaped Backyard with Pool, Jacuzzi, and Fire Pit surrounded by Lounge style Seating, Ideal for Entertainment.

In addition to the newly purchased Malibu estate, the couple has a home in Brentwood. They are also planning on building a cozy home for their family on the Santa Monica lot that they purchased for $8.6 million in 2012, reports AOL Real estate.

The couple were recently spotted at a Taylor Swift concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, reports E!Online. Apparently, they were so impressed with Swift, they adopted her! (not literally of course!)

Apatow tweeted a picture of the smiling trio.
