Kings of Leon Bassist Jared Followill Lists Tennessee Home for $3.5 Million

Jared Followill, the bassist of the Grammy winning alternative rock band 'Kings of Leon' has reportedly listed his home in Tennessee, Nashville for $3.5 million, according to several news reports.

Jared purchased the home back in 2009 for about $1.8 million. Considering the asking price, he is probably looking to make a profit off the sale, reports The Real Estalker.

According to the listing records, the home is a 8050 square feet, single family residence. Comprising of five bedrooms and five full and two half bathrooms, the house sits on a large parcel of land that measures just a little over an acre.

Interiors of the residence feature an open plan and spacious, airy rooms. Done up with extreme refined taste, the home has hardwood, paneled floors and large floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows. A large dressing room, a fancy theater, a snooker area, a eat-in kitchen and an office are some of the exclusive features of the insides.

Outside, the residence has a large resort-style pool with a spa. A gym, ample recreation space and a large sitting area complete the exteriors.

Jared recently married supermodel Martha Patterson in 2012. According to Contact Music, Jared is selling in order to buy a bigger house in the neighborhood. Apparently, he wants to start a family soon! Jared's brothers, who are also band mates, Nathan and Caleb already have kids. The rockers recently claimed that having babies saved their band because they wanted to make their children proud, reports the website.
