Chuck Norris’s Dallas Home Goes Under Contract?

"There used to be a street named 'Chuck Norris' but no one crossed the street, because nobody can cross Chuck Norris and live"

Jokes apart, the famous martial arts master's Dallas home is reportedly under contract for sale, according to Realtor.com.

Apparently, Norris listed it on the open market for about $1.2 million in July 2013. After giving it a slight pricechop recently in November and flipping it for $999,999, looks like Norris has finally found a buyer for the residence.

According to the listing records, the residence is a 7362-square-feet, single-family home sitting on a 0.64 acre lot. Built in 1975, the home has four bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

The listing describes the home as:

This gorgeous 7,362 sq ft Northwood Hills Mediterranen-Ranch style home has been renovated and expanded to feature 4 oversized bedrooms, 7 full baths and 2 half baths, a large media room, large patio off sparkling pool, 3 car garage, an 884 square foot detached studio and impeccable finish-outs throughout! Every oversized room in the house has been updated with top of the line taste. Great floor-plan for families and entertainers!

The residence was used as Cordell Walker's home in the action crime drama series 'Walker, Texas Ranger'.

While everybody is busy spinning Chuck Norris facts, here is how you can become Chuck Norris (Of course you can never ever in your next ten lives be Chuck Norris because Chuck Norris just won't die, ever!), or half as awesome as he is. Take it from the man himself. He posted on his official Facebook page:

"Here is a success key that helped me as a martial artist, actor & other areas of my life.

If you want to accomplish something that you have never accomplished before, find someone who has either already accomplished the same thing you want to accomplish. Or... has a proven track record of helping others do the same. Then follow their mentoring to the best of your abilities.

Sometimes this can be done through books, audio or video products. Other times you may have to pay them for their mentoring. Either way, having the right coach or mentor can greatly speed up your success."

Oh! By the way, Chuck Norris didn't need success, success needed him!
