On Thursday, Nov. 5, GH spoilers indicate that Laura will begin to express her concerns surrounding Jake and Liz's wedding, especially because she knows the truth about Jake's identity. Nikolas, however, will begin to threaten her with their secret in order to keep her mouth shut.

"General Hospital" spoilers on Friday, Nov. 6 reveal that Liz and Jake's wedding will finally take place. Liz will be walking down the aisle, but Hayden will approach her and tell her that she knows everything about her and Jake.
