Leonardo DiCaprio's long home hunt in New York City came to an end after he finally decided to plonk a few millions on one of the five residences at 66 East 11th Street, an ultra-luxury, boutique residential development in Greenwich Village, NYC, according to several news reports.
Although the reports confirm Leo's new find, the price or the exact residence still remains a mystery. The buy was definitely a multi-million dollar deal because all the five listings of the building range from $14 million to $50 million, reports Curbed.
According to the listing details on StreetEasy, currently there are five active sales. There are three condos each spanning 3663 square feet and comprising of three bedrooms. However, the number of bathrooms varies and so does the price.
A mansion and a penthouse are also up for sale. While the mansion is a four-story 10,751 square feet, five bed- six full and five half bath residence, the penthouse is a duplex 7693 square feet four bed- four and a half bath home with a rooftop terrace. The mansion sports a $45 million price tag and the penthouse is asking $50 million.

Apparently, Leo is quite the fan of the building. He has reportedly joined the board of authorities of the building which is touting itself as the first WELL-certified building. The WELL standard is "the world's first building standard focused exclusively on enhancing people's health and well-being in direct, tangible ways," according to Delos, the developer of 66 East 11th street and founder of the WELL standard.
All the five residences of the building have exclusive features like, more than fifty built-in wellness amenities like purified air and water, vitamin C-infused showers, posture-supportive flooring, a personal kitchen herbarium and lighting to match one's 'circadian rhythm'.
"The simplest way to understand what this home is capable of doing is to think of it like a 24-hour carwash that works on the human body," Paul D. Scialla, co-founder and the managing partner of Delos told the New York Times.

Meanwhile, his Malibu residence is still on the market for $18.9 million.
The news of the purchase came just after Leo celebrated his birthday Nov.11. The Great Gatsby actor turned 39 yesterday and celebrated it in typical Jay Gatsby style in Tao Downtown, New York City. There were about 100 guests and rappers Kanye West and 2 Chainz performed too, reports E!Online.
