Rihanna, the 'Unfaithful' crooner is reportedly offering her Pacific Palisades home for rent asking $65,000 a month, according to several news reports.
So-called fans don't have to break into Ri-Ri's home anymore. You can now rent it and live like the Barbadian singer. However, if you intend on renting it, you should hurry because the price is going to shoot up to a $100,000 a month by January 2014, reports the Zillow Blog.
Rihanna, however, hasn't used the residence much. She has been travelling for her 'Diamonds' tour and is currently renting a condo in Manhattan for $39,000 a month.
An insider said to TMZ that Rihanna hasn't visited the Pacific Palisades property for over two months. She has been having constant trouble in the neighborhood. More recently, a trespasser tried to break into her home. The man was arrested by the police for trying to trespass. Earlier, a group of burglars also tried to break into the house but were thwarted by the security alarms of the plush home.
The source also added that she wanted to get away from the crime-infested neighborhood. Moving trucks were spotted taking away stuff from the house.
Although Rihanna did not have a pleasant time in the house, doesn't mean it's a downgrade. Perhaps it is suitable for a person with a less-public profile.
Zillow describes the residence as:
Built new in 2012, the home has 7 bedrooms, 9 baths and extra-large living spaces with 14-foot ceilings. Several high-end features can be found throughout the home, including media and game rooms and "smart home" technology that controls temperature, fireplaces, security and sound. Outdoor features include a sun deck with fire pit and barbecue, as well as an infinity pool with spa.

Rihanna also recently purchased a mansion in Barbados. According to Contactmusic.com, she is finishing up the renovation work on her water-front home in the area. Spending $9.6 million on the facelift, she is adding three-themed bars and a night club in the house.
''Rihanna wants to transform this home into the perfect place to party and relax in. It's going to be incredible," a source told the publication.
