‘NCIS’ News: November Spoilers Revealed by Boss Gary Glasberg

This season, 'NCIS' has offered a lot of changes in terms of its plot. There is the break up of Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) with his girlfriend, the shooting of Mark Harmon's Leroy Jethro Gibbs, the failing marriage of Ellie Bishop (played by Emily Wickersham) and Sean Murray's Timothy McGee and Margo Harshman's Delilah Fielding characters moving in together and finding it hard to compromise.

These changes are just preliminaries as showrunner and executive producer Gary Glasberg shared some insights and spoilers as to what to expect from the show this month in an exclusive interview with FOX411. It was also already revealed the Ducky as a member of a secret society spearheaded by guest star Walter and specializing in unresolved cold cases.

The secret was revealed when a case pertaining to a murdered Navy bigwig who was investigating a company for falsification of data to sell drugs that do not work. Abby had her day of excitement and decided to went back to her lab and stay there for the next 10 years, notes Spoiler TV.

In the episode to be shown on Nov. 10, Scottie Thompson will return as Jeanne Benoit to work with DiNozzo in a case where insurgents in Sudan attack a group of volunteer doctors, including Jeanne's husband. The two have had a relationship in the past. The case is actually more complicated than it looks.

According to Glasberg, in the same FOX411 exclusive interview, "It's a huge episode and it sends our team off to assist and rescue a group of doctors who are in trouble. It's part of a Doctors Without Borders organization. And Jeanne, who is a doctor, is connected to them... This is the continuing evolution of Tony DiNozzo. If you go back and you look at significant loves that have gotten away in his lifetime, Jeanne was one of them."

Come Nov. 17, Bishop will deal with her marriage big time despite another case the "NCIS" team has to work on. The week, NCIS will deal with a sort of "Saving Private Ryan" case while Gibbs accompanies Bishop to Oklahoma for a Thanksgiving holiday.

As for Gibbs fate, the executive producer says that he will to struggle and recuperate after the shooting and continue to work with Dr. Taft. There will also be cases that will include FBI agent Fornell (Joe Spano) taking Gibbs to a more significant journey.

"NCIS" airs Tuesday nights on CBS.
