Charlie Sheen, the former 'Two and a half men' actor is selling the Los Angeles home that he purchased for ex-wife Brooke Mueller and his kids in 2012. And, he is in a hurry. So much that he will even accept the price he bought it for!

The famous 'Anger Management' actor never misses a battle, especially when it comes to ex-wife Brooke Mueller. After reports of a judge ordering Sheen to stay away from her for allegedly threatening her on twitter surfaced, he has found another way to get back at Mueller.
Some insiders told TMZ that Sheen does not want Mueller living in the home and wants her out as soon as possible. Sheen purchased the home for about $4.8 million from billionaire Tom Gores in October last year. He is so desperate to sell that he will even accept what he paid for the mansion back then.
According to the listing records at Trulia, the residence is a 10,479 square feet single family residence, Comprising of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the home sits on a gated, private 0.84 acre compound.
Interiors show mixed ceilings and tiled flooring. The Spanish-style villa has two fireplaces, several walk-in closets and a separate sitting room too. A large green lawn and a spa plus pool adorn the exteriors of the home.

Perhaps this explains why Mueller is moving to Beverly Hills. According to the New York Daily News, Mueller is reportedly moving into a condo in the Beverly Hills area so her boys can live there. Though she cannot live with her boys because of her drug relapse in May 2012, she won legal custody of the boys after her brother was named temporary guardian.
Even if Sheen sells, Mueller is entitled to 50 percent of any profit, according to the divorce deal. But Sheen isn't even looking for any profit here!
