Nick Jonas, one of the three brothers of now-split boy band 'The Jonas Brothers' has reportedly picked up a crib near the Sunset Strip area of Los Angeles worth $3.2 million, according to several news reports.
Nick is the second brother to get into the real estate scenario after older sibling, Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle put up their 'Married to Jonas' New Jersey home for sale with a $2.2 million price tag.
According to the Yahoo Blog, the residence that Nick picked up is perfect for him and his model girlfriend, Olivia Culpo to settle down in.
The listing at Redfin states that the home is a 2305 square feet single family residence sitting on a 7076 square feet lot overlooking the Sunset Strip. The house comprises of four bedrooms, four full and one half bathroom. The Spanish-style home has beamed wooden ceilings, hardwood flooring and glass windows and doors. Boasting of an open plan, the rooms are quite spacious and airy.
Outside, the residence has an outdoor fireplace, a separate guest house and also a small pool.

News of the purchase comes just after the band split. Nick has now moved away to pursue a solo acting career. He recently made his TV debut on crime drama series, Hawaii Five-O, where he plays a diabolic super-intelligent hacker. Nick is also set to make his big-screen Hollywood debut with thriller flick 'Careful What You Wish For' slated to come out in 2014.
