Sony Playstation Now gamers and subscribers could now smile wider because the streaming service had just gotten a lot better and bigger with the latest game additions.

Sony almost doubled the number of games in its monthly subscription service, Playstation Now. More than 250 games are now available on PS4 consoles and select Sony Blu-ray players for only $20 per month or $45 for three months.

According to TechTimes, "more than 20 of the new games came from publisher Capcom, which is bringing its signature franchises like Street Fighter and Resident Evil to the service. Six Resident Evil entries have joined PlayStation Now, including Resident Evil 4, 5 and 6, while various versions of Street Fighter II, III and IV have also been added. Mega Man fans will find plenty to enjoy as well, as Mega Man 9 and 10 join the lineup."

Dead Rising and Lost Planet from Capcom were also added. Other from Capcom-published games, others such as Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD to Divekick along with Strider, Bionic Commando Rearmed, and Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix and other indie games were also part of the new additions.

Other games noted on the Playstation Now are Arc System Works' one-on-one fighter Guilty Gear Xrd: SIGN, Koei Tecmo's gory action game Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge and several PS Vita RPGs, including Ragnarok Odyssey Ace and Atelier Rorona Plus.

Playstation Now is a subscription service of Sony that features Playstation 3 games and allows members to play those games on demand without the need to download or purchase the game. It is delivered through streaming, thus removes the time needed to download games and load them on the PS.

With the latest additions to the service, Playstation Now may get more subscriptions. Some fans are also looking forward to having the PS1 and PS2 games on the Playstation Now service.
