Chris Brown Leaving Los Angeles Neighbourhood; Moving to Malibu

Chris Brown, the short tempered R&B crooner is reportedly moving out of his Los Angeles neighbourhood and shifting to a high-end gated community in Malibu, according to some media reports.

TMZ breaks news of Brown's alleged move. Brown got into trouble with his neighbourhood for creating a ruckus in the area. He would over- speed on the roads and throw large, loud parties that would run through the night to the residents' annoyance. He even spray painted the walls surrounding his home and was fined $376 for excessive signage on the properly in May 2013.

Brown recently relisted his West Hollywood condo for $1.69 million. He had initially listed it for 1.8 million, but failing to sell it over some time, he gave it a pricechopper. Check that property out, here.

Moving out should be a good move for Brown. He could start afresh new as he has been involved in some pretty bad controversies for some time now. He recently got into a fight with a party-goer in D.C and escaped a possible prison sentence for the fist-fight.

Brown is already facing charges for beating up then girlfriend, Rihanna and is on probation. He is currently in L.A. for a hearing on the matter. The D.C fight could impact his probation adversely. He could even end up serving time in jail.

Brown had checked into a rehab soon after the recent rift for anger management treatment. However, he checked out of the center just after 16 days to show up at the court and perform the rest of his prescribed community service. The Daily Mail reports that the center was in Malibu.

That explains his move to the area!
