Andie MacDowell of the "Four Weddings and a Funeral" fame has reportedly flipped her home in Marina del Rey area in California for $1.75 million after just nine months of buying it, according to some recent reports.
Andie purchased the home in February 2013 for about $1.77 million. Considering the sale price, she has sold the residence for a minute loss, reports the Trulia Blog.
According to the listing records of the residence, the home is a 2614 square feet single family residence sitting on a 3145 square feet lot. Comprising of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home has white marble floorings and an open floor plan with large glass windows and high ceilings. Outside, the home has a pool and lounge area.

Currently, MacDowell is in Montana, where she owns a cabin. She recently put out an oil painting of herself and her children, posting it on social network Whosay.com:
MacDowell is perhaps best known for her timeless beauty. In a recent Prix MontBlanc event in Berlin, she and her daughter Rainey Qualley were spotted looking all glam. The duo could easily pass off for sisters!
