Josh Groban Re-Lists Malibu Manse with $5.4 Million Price Tag

Josh Groban, the 'You Raise Me Up' crooner has reportedly put his home in Malibu on the open market with a $5.4 million price tag again, according to some news reports.

Groban purchased the home for $4.1 million in 2005. However, this is not the home's first stint on the market. He first listed the residence in April 2010 for $6.1 million. He pricechopped the cost a little and took it off the market for a while. He flipped it back in 2011 again asking $5.9 million but had no luck selling it. However, now that the market is in good shape, Groban is trying his luck at selling the place with a lesser asking price, reports the Zillow Blog.

According to records, the residence is a 6138 square feet single family home sitting on a 1.8 acre lot. Comprising of four bedrooms and four full and one half bath, the multi-level home is a perfect luxury splurge.

While Groban is trying to unload his Malibu digs, he lives in New York City. He moved there after his split from model/actress January Jones in 2006.

Groban recently performed at the 59th Street Bloomingdales to celebrate the store's holiday collection unveiling, reports CBS New York. After the performance, the singer had an in-store signing, interacting with the crowd.
