Yes, Matthew Perry, the F.R.I.E.N.D.S actor's Malibu home is up for rent - fully furnished and in great condition, asking $40,000 a month, according to some news sources.
The Real Estalker reveals that the residence has hit the rental market for the aforementioned price. Perry's Malibu purchase was just revealed in September 2013. He managed to keep the splurge under wraps for two long years!
Perry purchased the home through a trust in late 2009. The residence is a 5,500 square feet home comprising of four bedrooms and three full and one half bathrooms
Photos of the house show roomy interiors with wood beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer uninterrupted oceanic views.

Sometime back in February 2013, Perry finally sold his Hollywood Hills home for a cool $4.7 million. He had listed it in September 2012 asking for $5.3 million. However, he cut off a little chunk of the price as the property sat unclaimed for four months.
In 2011, Perry had three of his properties listed in the market while purchasing a Los Angeles mansion worth $8.6 million. He also has another property in Malibu and a Studio City home too.

Perry shot to fame with his role in F.R.I.E.N.D.S. While a reunion of the series is unlikely, stars of the show have been visiting Monica (Courtney Cox) on another comedy series "Cougar Town" frequently and the latest to join the gang is...guess? Chandler Bing!
Cox has finally managed to lure-in her ex onscreen spouse to guest star on her sitcom. According to Yahoo, Perry will appear in an episode that will be aired at the end of the series' fifth season, sometime in January 2014.
