The 'Scary Movie' producer, Eric Gold's Malibu is up for rent asking $75,000 a month, according to some news reports.

The Real Estalker is reporting that Gold's beach-front home, located on La Costa Beach once belonged to musician Berry Gordy. Gold and his wife Marcy Kaplan purchased the home in Nov. 2009 for $9 million. The home has been redecorated by Los Angeles based designers, Elizabeth Barondes and Kelly Morris.

Apparently, the residence is a 4300 square feet, single family residence that has about 60 feet of prime water-front footage. Comprising of three bedrooms, three full and one half bathroom, interiors of the home feature mixed flooring, an open floor plan and large floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer beautiful views of the ocean.

The private property also has a separate guest house and a detached car garage. Check out the photos of the home, here.

Gold and his wife also have a primary residence in Beverly Hills. Gold has been a prominent manager and producer in Tinseltown. He has managed several celebrities and TV shows and produced movies.

Gold was the manager of the Ellen DeGeneres show since the daytime talk show commenced. However, DeGeners and Gold parted ways after the former capped the latter's earnings from clients, early in 2013. More recently, Gold and Jim Carrey also ended their 25-year partnership in October.

Carrey was managed by Gold and Jimmy Miller. "I would like to express my sincerest appreciation to my good pals Jimmy Miller and Eric Gold for many brilliant years of partnership," Carrey said in a statement.

"Jim Carrey has been our partner and brother in an amazing 25 years of his career. As a partner, we couldn't have asked for more. As an artist, he is unparalleled. We will continue to partner and produce on a number of film, television and theater projects, with him. There's not much more to say. It has been, and in some fashion will continue to be, one of the greatest rides ever,' Miller and Gold said in another statement, reports Deadline.com.
