Mitch Richmond, the now retired six-time NBA All-Star and a former Rookie of the Year is reportedly giving his home in Calabasas, California, another go, relisting it for $8.9 million, according to some reports.
Richmond listed his home first in May 2013 with a price tag of $9.4 million. He purchased the home for $1.7 million in July 2004. Even with the discounted price tag, Richmond will earn a considerable profit.
According to the listing records, the home is a six bedroom-nine bathroom single family residence sitting on a 99,447 square feet lot. The house was built in 2006 and spans an area of 10,475 square feet.
Interiors of the home include a formal living room, a dining area, a library/office, a bar, a screening room, a wine cellar, a saloon, a parlor, a gym and a large gourmet kitchen with a big breakfast area.
Outside the home has a basketball court, stretching greens, a swimming pool with a waterfall, a barbeque and ample parking space.
