The residence first debuted on the listing market asking $22.5 million in 2009. However, failing to sell then, the home was price-chopped to $19.9 million the year later. Considering the recession hit market, the home was price chopped two more times to $18.5 million and $16.8 million respectively, reports Curbed.
However, now that the market is looking good, Joel's move comes as no surprise. The home is back with a bang and with a grand asking price!
